Cluster ID	Identifier of the OrthoMCL cluster
Genome	Genome that has been provided as input
# Proteins	Number of proteins in the cluster
# Genomes	Number of genomes with proteins in the cluster
Non pathogenic fungi	A list of the non pathogenic fungi with proteins in the cluster
Animal_pathogens	A list of the animal pathogenic fungi with proteins in the cluster
Plant pathogens	A list of the plant pathogenic fungi with proteins in the cluster
Filamentous fungi	A list of the filamentous fungi with proteins in the cluster
Yeast like fungi	A list of the yeast like fungi with proteins in the cluster
Navigation	Links that enable the retrieval of the genomes with proteins in the cluster as well as the proteins in the cluster. Furthermore, the query OrthoMcl Cluster analysis - get the number of proteins for each genome in a given cluster can be executed which will take the chosen cluster as input.
